Join the Texas Workforce Commission, Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas, and our partners for the 11th annual statewide Hiring Red, White, & You! job fair, designed to connect Texas veterans and their spouses -- who can bring valuable experience and discipline to the workplace -- with area employers looking for qualified candidates for a variety of positions.  This year’s event will be held on Thursday November 10th, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Texarkana Convention Center.  

Employers 

The Hiring Red, White and You! event places an emphasis on hiring veterans and transitioning military personnel, who are equipped with countless skills and unique strengths from their time serving that are assets for civilian employment.  It is also a great opportunity to reach job seekers of all skills levels, talents and experience.  Employers - The event is at capacity, we are no longer taking employer registrations.  

Job Seekers

The Hiring Red, White and You! Job Fair is open to the public.  We encourage job seekers to register in Texas' online  job matching website. 

• Veterans and their spouses are encouraged to come out to meet and greet area employers at any time, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Non-veterans are also welcome!  The job fair is also open to the general public from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
