Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas hosted a teacher externship program in the summer of 2021.  Several area Career and Technology teachers participated in the program.  Each teacher spent four days at either a manufacturing or healthcare facility, learning about different careers and the employer’s workforce needs.  The teachers will use this information to better prepare their students for the workforce.  Hear from each of our teachers about their externship experience.
