Our Services


Do you need some help to get you started? We offer a number of services including:

  • Workshops - Learn how to write a resume, how to make the most of your job search in WorkInTexas.com, or tips on interviewing.
  • Resource Rooms - Each Workforce Solutions office is equipped with the resources you need to help you in your job search. Visit the office nearest you to use the computers to search and apply for jobs, print out copies of your resume, call employers, or participate in a workshop.
  • Child Care Assistance - Do you have a child? We offer child care assistance to eligible parents to help offset the cost of child care. If you are working or in school at least 25 hours per week, you may be eligible.Don’t let the expense of caring for your child stop you from a better future for you and your child.
  • Transportation - Are you able and willing to work, but lack reliable transportation? We may be able to help.
  • Tuition Assistance - Interested in enrolling in training, but you cannot afford the tuition? We offer tuition assistance to those who are eligible.
  • Referrals - Don’t let anything keep you from going to school and/or work. If you are struggling in a particular area and need help, let us know. We partner with a number of organizations that may be able to help you.
