Employment Services and Employment Related Law Complaint System

If you believe you have experienced an issue related to unemployment benefits, wage claims, workplace discrimination, or other employment-related laws, you may file a complaint directly with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Civil Rights Division (https://www.twc.texas.gov/programs/civil-rights) through the appropriate program area on the TWC website or by contacting their customer service offices for guidance on the correct process.  TWC handles employment discrimination (https://www.twc.texas.gov/programs/civil-rights/employment-discrimination) and Fair Housing complaints (https://www.twc.texas.gov/programs/civil-rights/housing-discrimination).  Employer complaints must be completed online via the Inquiry Submission System (https://apps.twc.texas.gov/EDISS/ediss?execution=e1s1).  Housing Discrimination issues should be reported via the Housing Discrimination Inquiry Form (https://apps.twc.texas.gov/HDISS/hdiss?execution=e1s1).

If your concern involves services received through Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas — such as staff assistance, program eligibility, job referrals, or training services—you may file a complaint by contacting your local Workforce Solutions office, either in person or in writing, using the contact information listed on our Locations page (https://www.netxworkforce.org/147/Workforce-Solutions-Offices) or by reaching out to the Complaint System Representative noted in the complaint posters below.

Be prepared to provide detailed information, including dates, names, and any supporting documentation, to help ensure your concern is reviewed promptly and thoroughly.
